Usage of copyrighted material

We at masterball HQ aim to make a meaningful contribution to the ever-growing Pokémon community—whether through our “masterball platform” (hereinafter referred to as the “platform”), by connecting passionate collectors and trainers, by providing information, or by honoring the many illustrators whose artwork bring us closer together.

For this reason, it is particularly important to us to handle information, files, and graphics fairly and ethically. It is a matter close to our hearts to correctly identify, name, and link to all creators and sources. For all graphics we haven't been created on our own, we have contacted the illustrators of the use of the graphic. If any illustrator either wishes to withdraw from our agreement or isn't in favor of use using their art, we'll immediately act on removing it. Throughout this page, you’ll find a list of all these copyright and source attributions.

If you notice that we are using a third-party graphic on the platform that is not properly credited, we ask for your forgiveness and kindly request that you let us know so that we can make a correction as soon as possible.

We hereby wish to point out that, when creating or using graphics produced by external creators, we exclusively use and distribute works created by humans. We deliberately avoid the use of artificial intelligence to generate graphics (generative AI) on our platform and within the associated ecosystem, such as social media channels.
